Pasta & Stuff is a small home-run husband & wife business in rural Oxfordshire. All our products are handmade in small batches using only the finest ingredients carefully selected from local and organic producers.
Food safety is a priority; food hygine certificates are held by us both, and we have implemented a HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points) scheme in consultation with the local environmental health department to ensure that every critical point of production is carefully checked. All our products have been tested for microbiologial safety and shelf life at an accredited independent laboratory, and also comply with the current trading standards regulations.
Our premises are registered for food production with Vale of White Horse District Council in compliance with current food regulations, and have been inspected and approved by the local environmental health inspectors.
